Wheat Fields 1

With landscape photography, it always pays to have a backup plan!

On our way back from #RelayForLife for Cancer Research UK on Monday we passed a big field of opium poppies and I knew where I was going for sunset that evening!

Unfortunately, a big bank of cloud ruined any chances of a nice sunset shot and most of the poppies were past their best, so I stopped off at a wheat field and got out the macro lens for some close-up landscape work instead.

Canvas prints of my images are available for purchase on my website: www.kevinbrownephotography.com

I believe that avoiding prepared foods is the first step for you to lose weight. They might taste very good, but highly processed foods currently have very little nutritional value, making you feed on more in order to have enough vigor to get over the day. For anyone who is constantly eating these foods, changing to cereals and other complex carbohydrates will make you to have more vigor while eating less. Good blog post.
