After you click on the link from the Okhane website, you will be taken to the actual Plan on the Training Peaks website.
The front page will give the basics about the Plan, including information on the maximum amount of time and distance you will cover.
By clicking on the blue “View Sample Workouts” button, you will see more detail about how a session is presented.
Clicking on the red “Buy Me” button will take you to the page where you can enter Personal Details and your Code.
The Code is for those who have decided to take the Free Purchase Option (listed at the bottom of this article).
